By renting a vehicle (Car, Bike, or Scooty) from Yatra Ride, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility: The renter must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid original Indian Driving License for the respective vehicle category.

Fuel Policy: We follow a strict "Level-to-Level" or "Full-to-Full" fuel policy. The customer is responsible for the fuel cost during the trip and must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as provided.

Vehicle Usage: The rented vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities, racing, or commercial transport of heavy goods.

Damages & Traffic Violations: The customer is fully responsible for any physical damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period. Any traffic challans or toll taxes incurred during the trip must be paid by the customer.

Late Return: Returning the vehicle after the agreed-upon time may attract additional hourly or daily late charges as per the standard rate card.
