Security Deposit Refund: A refundable security deposit is collected at the time of pickup. This deposit is refunded immediately (in cash or via UPI) when the vehicle is returned in its original, damage-free condition.

Booking Cancellation: * If you cancel your booking 24 hours prior to the pickup time, a 100% refund of the booking advance will be initiated.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may be subject to a nominal cancellation fee.

Refund Processing Time: If a refund is processed via online bank transfer or UPI, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account..
